Order terms, image use and privacy

Plain-language notes on how we work, from custom order terms and payment to delivery, image use and privacy.

Custom order terms

Quotations are prepared for a specific design, size, material and finish. Changing any of these may change the price.
Production is scheduled after the design is approved and any required deposit is settled.
Handmade pieces vary naturally in wood grain, shade and texture. Small differences from sample photos are part of the craft, not defects.
Production usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks, and may take longer during periods with a high volume of orders.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your production slot. Production starts once the design is approved and the deposit is settled.
The remaining balance is paid before delivery or pickup.

Cancellations are accepted before production starts. Once materials have been cut, the deposit covers the work and materials already used.
Once cutting has started, wording and dimension changes may not be possible.

For addresses outside Baguio and La Trinidad, the shipping fee is shouldered by the customer. Our recommended courier is J&T.
Pickup in La Trinidad, Benguet can be arranged by appointment.

Reference images you send are used only to understand the look you want and to discuss feasibility.
We create an original interpretation. We do not copy copyrighted artwork, brand logos, characters, or another craftsperson's protected design without permission.
For Bible verse pieces, we check the translation's usage and attribution requirements before reproducing substantial text commercially.
All product photos on this website are owned by Everustic or used with permission.

Details you submit through the enquiry forms (name, mobile number, email, and your message) are used only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare your order.
We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
We ask for your permission before publishing your name, review or photos of your piece.
To have your enquiry details removed from our records, message us on Facebook and we will delete them.
