- Do you accept customized designs?
- Yes. You can send your preferred wording, dimensions, colours, theme and reference images, and we will work out a design for you.
- How much does a custom woodcraft cost?
- Pricing depends on size, materials, design complexity, finishing, quantity and delivery requirements. Send us your design idea and we will prepare a quotation for that specific piece.
- How long does production take?
- Production usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the design. It may take longer during periods with a high volume of orders — we always confirm the timeline with you before starting.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your slot. Production starts once the design is approved and the deposit is settled, with the balance paid before delivery or pickup.
- Can you deliver outside Benguet?
- Yes. For addresses outside Baguio and La Trinidad, the shipping fee is shouldered by the customer and our recommended courier is J&T. Pickup in La Trinidad, Benguet can also be arranged.
- Can I request a design based on an online reference?
- Yes. Reference images help us understand the look you want. We create an original interpretation rather than copying copyrighted artwork or another craftsperson's protected design.
- Will the wood look exactly like the sample photo?
- Not exactly. Wood grain, shade and texture vary from board to board, and hand finishing adds small differences. Every piece is close to the sample in design, but individual in character.
- Do you accept bulk or business orders?
- Yes, subject to the design, quantity, schedule and material availability. Tell us how many pieces and when you need them, and we will confirm what is possible.
- Can you create rush orders?
- Rush orders depend on the current workload, material availability and design complexity. Ask us with your required date and we will tell you honestly if it can be done.
